Shipping Policy

At Reviora Relief, every order is processed and shipped with care, and we're committed to getting your items to you within the timeframes below. If your order doesn't arrive in time, you're protected by our shipping guarantee.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it enters processing and is prepared for shipment. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the date your order ships:

  • Standard Shipping — arrives in approximately 7–10 business days
  • Express Shipping — arrives in approximately 5–7 business days

These are estimated delivery windows. While the vast majority of orders arrive within these timeframes, occasional delays outside our control (such as customs processing or carrier delays) can happen.

Reviora Relief ships worldwide. We currently deliver to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Our Delivery Guarantee

We stand behind our shipping times. If your order has not arrived within 28 business days of being shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

Simply email us at support@reviorarelief.com with your order number and we'll process your refund — no need to return anything.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you have any trouble tracking your package, or if it's approaching the estimated delivery window with no movement, reach out and we're happy to look into it for you.
