Once dopamine looked like the underlying issue, the obvious move was to try raising it directly. Here's what got tried, and what happened.
1500mg daily for 8 weeks. Barely noticeable — perhaps a touch more alert in the mornings, but the deep fatigue stayed put.
500mg standardized extract. A mild lift the first week, gone by week two, and by week four just jitteriness and anxiety layered on top of the same exhaustion.
