Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard Shipping arrives in 7–10 business days, and Express Shipping arrives in 5–7 business days, from the date your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. If you have any trouble tracking your package, email us at support@reviorarelief.com and we'll look into it for you.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within 28 business days of shipping, you're eligible for a full refund. Just contact us and we'll take care of it.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@reviorarelief.com. We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped, but we'll always do our best.

Returns & Guarantee

What is your return policy?
Every order is backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, email us for a full refund — including any shipping you paid. You don't need to ship the product back to receive your refund.

How do I request a refund?
Email us at support@reviorarelief.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the email used on your order. There are no restocking fees and no return-shipping costs.

When will I get my refund?
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, though it may take a little longer to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@reviorarelief.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

How do I use it?
The Neckline massager is designed for a relaxing 15-minute session. Full instructions are included in the box. Simply charge it, place it comfortably at your neck and shoulders, and select your preferred intensity.

How long does the battery last?
Neckline is cordless and rechargeable. A full charge lasts through multiple sessions, and it recharges with the included cable.
